Enhancements
Send device identifiers earlier in the enrollment process
(SDM-917)
Device identifiers are now sent along with the enrollment data at the start of the enrollment process to reduce the wait time for certain policies to be applied.
Add possibility to show Home button on non-Samsung devices
(SDM-991)
Non-Samsung devices with Android 9+ can be configured to display or hide the Home button with the Kiosk package.
Bluetooth settings in kiosk
(SDM-964)
As part of the Kiosk package, you could only configure the “Wi-Fi” and “Date and Time” subsettings to be accessible on the Kiosk screen. This is now expanded to include the “Bluetooth“ subsettings as well.
Corrections
(SDM-914)
Change target SDK from 30 to 31 to adhere to Google Play requirements. Furthermore keep the application up to date and adopt the new behavior introduced with this version of the Android SDK.
(SDM-1009)
If the user doesn’t create a managed account manually, the application will try to create one automatically some time after the enrollment, to make sure dependent features such as default deployment work correctly.
(SDM-987)
Repeated pressing of the manual reconnect button used to lead to deadlocks. Added a de-bounce period and made changes to thread synchronization to improve user experience.
(SDM-949)
The Zero Touch enrollment flow was aligned with the rest of the enrolment flows to prevent the possibility of a Zero Touch enrollment being canceled when the enrolment is not finished or successful.
(SDM-945)
Made changes in the enrollment screen layout to prevent clipping on small screen sizes.
(SDM-1012)
Fixed enrollment issues when provided passwords contain special characters.
