  • This new scanner inventories all the Oracle and non-Oracle Java installations in the customer IT environment where it is being run, starting from Java version 7. The scanner also inventories the Java commercial features (for the Oracle Java SE installations), which is very important information regarding the commercial use—and the need for a subscription as a result—of the Java SE products, depending on the version itself.
