General SaaS settings

In SaaS settings > General, administrators can customize how Snow SaaS Management measures user activity by setting an Activity threshold. This threshold represents the number of days that must pass with no detected activity before an active user is marked as inactive. By default, active users are marked inactive after 30 days without any detected activity. For more information on user activity, see User activity.

You can also set an Activity threshold for individual subscriptions. If you set an Activity threshold for an individual subscription, it will override the global Activity threshold configured in SaaS settings > General. For more information, see Manage SaaS subscriptions.
