Manage lists
You can search lists and reports in SAM Core on Snow Atlas either by applying filters directly on one or more columns in the list. You can also sort the list, group the list content, or add more columns to the list.
Filter lists
You can filter the lists by entering one or several filter criteria.
-
On the list page and in the field below the column header, enter the filter criterion. You do not have to enter a wildcard character.
noteThe default filter operator is Contains. You can change the operator by selecting the operator icon in the field below the column header.
-
For every column you want to filter the list by, repeat Step 1.
-
Wait while the list is reloaded.
Sort lists
Lists are by default sorted based on the first column, but you can sort them by other columns.
-
On the list page, select the column header for the column you want to sort the list by.
-
To reverse the order of entries, select the same column header one more time.
Group list content
You can group the content of the lists into one or several levels.
-
On the list page, drag the column header for the column you want to group the list by to the grouping area above the list.
-
For every column you want to group the list by, repeat Step 1.
-
To show the details of a group, select the arrow to the left of the group name.
Add columns to lists
You can add columns that are not shown by default to the lists.
-
On the list page, either select Column selector or select the three dots in the upper-right corner of the page and then select Column selector, depending on the layout of the list page.
-
From Select columns, drag and drop the column you want to add to the list header.
Remove columns from lists
You can remove unnecessary columns from the lists.
-
On the list page, either select Column selector or select the three dots in the upper-right corner of the page and then select Column selector, depending on the layout of the list page.
-
From the list header, drag the column you want to remove and drop it in Select columns.
Reload list content
All lists use paging by default, and they are cache-enabled which stores the initially loaded data.
- On the list page, select the three dots in the upper-right corner of the page and then select Refresh.
