Edit users: Reference
Refer to the tables below for field descriptions when you want to edit a specific user in SAM Core on Snow Atlas.
General
The General settings let you, for example, add contact information on the user.

| Organization | The organization node that the user belongs to. | 
| Full name | The user's first name and last name. | 
| Location | The user's geographical location. | 
| Room number | The user's room number. | 
| Phone number | The user's phone number. | 
| Mobile phone number | The user's mobile phone number. | 
| The user's email address. | |
| Status | The user's status. | 
| Disable automatic quarantine management | If this setting is selected, the user will neither be placed in quarantine status nor removed from the system if it stops reporting inventory data. | 
| Disable auto editing | If this setting is selected, auto connect rules are disabled for the user. | 
Custom information
The Custom information tab lets you add data that needs to be managed but does not have a pre-defined entry in SAM Core on Snow Atlas. For more information, see Manage custom fields.

| Value | The value set for the custom field. | 
Application rights
The Application rights tab lets you manage application use rights for the user.

Documents
The Documents tab lets you manually upload documents and links related to the user. For more information, see Manage documents and links.
