Audit log: Reference

Field	Description
Activity	The action type logged.
Auxiliary data	Additional data on the activity completed. If a dash (-) appears, there is no auxiliary data for an activity.
Customer access	This column only appears if you are a third party that can be authorized to access your customers' Snow Atlas system. When one of your users has signed in to a customer's domain and completed an activity, the customer's domain appears.
Date	The date and time when an activity occurred. The time is shown in your local browser-based time zone.
Event	A description of the activity completed.
External access	This column only appears if you are a customer. If an authorized external user has signed in to your Snow Atlas system and completed an activity, the partner's domain, or the Snow Software region appears. If a dash (-) appears, the activity was completed by one of your users. Their name appears in the User name column. For more information on External access, see External access.
IP address	The IP address of the user or application that completed the activity.
Resource ID	The ID of the user or entity affected by the activity, for example, the ID of the user who is added, or the role that is changed.
Resource name	The name of the user or entity affected by the activity, for example, the name of the user who is added, or the role that is changed.
Source	The application that the log entry for the activity originated from.
User ID	The ID of the user or application that completed the activity.
User name	The name of the user or application that completed the activity. If a user ID appears, the user who completed that activity is deactivated.
